Day 1: Complete Obedience, Complete Victory

Reading: Deuteronomy 20:16-18; Joshua 1:1-9

Devotional: Partial obedience is complete disobedience. The Israelites were commanded to completely destroy the influences that would lead them away from God, but they compromised. They thought they knew better. Today, examine your life for areas of partial obedience. What sins have you allowed to linger because they seem manageable or useful? What compromises have you made that you've justified? Remember, what you allow in your generation becomes a trap for the next. Your children and those you influence are watching. God's commands aren't suggestions—they're protective boundaries. Complete surrender brings complete freedom. Ask God today to reveal any area where you've held back, and commit to total obedience. The legacy you leave depends on the obedience you live today.
