They whined like spoiled children, “Why can’t God give us a decent meal in this desert? Sure, he struck the rock and the water flowed, creeks cascaded from the rock. But how about some fresh-baked bread? How about a nice cut of meat?” When God heard that, he was furious— his anger flared against Jacob, he lost his temper with Israel. It was clear they didn’t believe God, had no intention of trusting in his help (MSG).
TAKE CARE OF PEOPLE
We will show the love of Jesus by taking care of people.
Hebrews 6:10
God doesn’t miss anything. He knows perfectly well all the love you’ve shown him by helping needy Christians, and that you keep at it (MSG).
Galatians 6:2
Stoop down and reach out to those who are oppressed. Share their burdens, and so complete Christ’s law (MSG).
Romans 12:13
Help needy Christians; be inventive in hospitality (MSG).
BE FAITHFUL
We will be faithful in serving God and fulfiling the vision He has for Catalyst.

WHAT WE BELIEVE
WE BELIEVE IN THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST.
Jesus is the virgin born Son of God. He lived a sinless life in the flesh. Jesus was crucified on the cross and his blood was shed to pay the price of sin for all humanity. He was then laid to death in the tomb and rose from the dead on the third day. He later ascended to the right hand of the Father. Now, we expectantly wait for his return. (Luke 1:26-38, Isaiah 7:14, Luke 23:26-56, Matthew 27:32-66, John 20, Luke 24:1-49)
WE BELIEVE JESUS IS THE ONE AND ONLY WAY TO SALVATION.
Jesus said, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. ”We are saved by faith through grace in Jesus Christ. Salvation is a gift from God and it is not a result of our good works. (John 14:6, Ephesians 2:8-9)

The Bible is God’s Word written by believers who were inspired and guided by the Holy Spirit and it determines all doctrinal beliefs. (Isaiah 40:8, Matthew 24:35, 2 Timothy 3:16-17)
WE BELIEVE THE CHURCH IS A FAMILY OF BELIEVERS.
The Church is the Body of Christ and it's made up of people who have placed their faith in Jesus. It is a family of believers who exist to glorify God, fulfill the Great Commission, and make a real impact in the communities surrounding them. We believe being connected to a local church is an essential part of spiritual growth. (Acts 2:42-47)
