Day 5: God's Grace in the Gap

Reading: 2 Timothy 1:5; Hebrews 4:16

Devotional: Here's the liberating truth: God does His best work in the gap. Between who you are and who you want to be, God's grace is sufficient. Every father carries a gap—between intentions and actions, hopes and habits. You'll never arrive at perfection, and that's okay. God doesn't call you to be perfect; He calls you to be faithful. Whether you've been a godly influence for years or you're just starting today, God meets you right where you are. He offers second, third, and tenth chances. Your children need to see a father who keeps getting back up, who keeps pursuing Christ despite failures. Approach God's throne of grace with confidence today.
